Visual Design

As a web designer with nearly two decades of experience in design, I bring my creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to every project. Having started out in graphic design and the visual arts, where I honed my eye for detail, aesthetics and composition, web design offered a fresh and exciting space to apply my skills. I have familiarised myself with the field of UI/UX, mastering the theories and principles that form the foundation of user-friendly websites.

My approach to web design is also informed by my diverse background in arts education, project management, and running a business. Having developed and taught numerous workshops, I understand the importance of clear communication and effective instruction, which translates into intuitive, accessible website designs. As an internship coordinator, I have learned to organise complex information and manage multiple stakeholders, skills that are crucial for successful web development projects. By integrating my passion for the visual with a structured, analytical approach, I create websites that not only look great but also fulfil the needs of their audiences and owners.

Webdesign for todrawistosee.com

to draw is to see

I developed todrawistosee.com to serve as the central platform for the educational side of my work. The website’s objectives were to provide comprehensive information about the workshops I offer, introduce my educational philosophy, and house a collection of digital resources for aspiring artists.
